We at [24]7.ai are currently hiring for Voice & Technical Support roles at our Bangalore office, specifically focused on Printer and Point-of-Sale (POS) Software Support for a leading U.S.-based client.
Candidate should have a Bachelor s degree (BCA, BSc, or equivalent) with 2 to 5 years of experience in customer support/ call center or technical troubleshooting roles. Must have prior experience supporting U.S. clients. Strong communication skills (verbal & written); ability to understand U.S. accents. Experience with printer troubleshooting (thermal printers, receipt printers, etc.) preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of desktop, tablet, and peripheral device troubleshooting
