Job Responsibilities-
Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/ annual and 360 evaluations)
Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Monitor HR departments budget Manage employees grievances Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department Handling the induction and orientation of new employees
Overseeing safety and health of the employees
New Joining Employees formalities Employees Exit formalities Event Management
Monthly attendance management, Payroll, Compliance PF, ESIC ,PT ,MLWF
Office AMC and renewal Insurance acquiring process for employee:- Leave management
Qualification: MPM/ MBA in Human Resource or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant field experience.
