Cognizant Technology Solutions is hiring for IT Service Desk/ Support Engineer
Primary Skill : Service Desk with Excellent Communication
Location: Chennai & Bengaluru
Experience: 18 Months to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support by handling incoming queries and help requests from end users via email or phone.
Document all calls and create detailed notes of user issues.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows desktop OS, proprietary software, virtual desktops, mobile OS, printers, and other IT systems or hardware.
Reset end-user passwords and manage security privileges.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain and update the knowledge base with solutions and best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users.
