This role involves providing technical support to international customers, assisting with hardware, software, and networking issues. It s a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to grow in a global support environment.
Skills and Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English is a must).
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, VPNs, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Network Protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
