Sutherland Global Services is looking for Technical Support Associate

Candidate should be Any Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (Tech knowledge required). Basic knowledge expected on how to troubleshoot devices, WiFi networks etc. Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English

Immediate joiners required, should be available to join us immediately.
Shift Timings & Off: 5-day work week with rotational shifts Predominantly night shifts
Compensation: CTC: 3 to 3.5 LPA (varies based on candidate experience)
