We at Firstsource are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled professional to join our Technical Support Voice Process team.

The role involves assisting customers over voice calls with troubleshooting broadband connectivity issues, router/ modem configurations, Wi-Fi setups, and IP networking problems.

Candidate must have good verbal communication skills in English
Strong knowledge in broadband/ WIFI/ ROUTER/ IPS ADDRESS/ LAN
Experience in handling router and modem troubleshooting
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS) for connectivity support.
