As a Tech Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You ll work closely with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot issues, manage IT services, and ensure smooth operations across platforms and applications.
Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in technical support or IT service management.
Strong understanding of web development, data management, and ITIL practices.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
