We at TELUS Digital are seeking a skilled Technical Support Executive to join our backend operations team.

This role involves providing technical support for internet services and coordinating with Tier 1 engineers and field engineers to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.

Candidate should have a Diploma, B.Tech, BCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong understanding of internet services and networking fundamentals

Knowledge of TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols
Familiarity with ticketing systems and backend support processes
Knowledge of circuit wiring, transmission parameters, testing & dispatch systems.
