We at ATPI Group are currently seeking Technical Support Executive

Candidates should be Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate with strong understanding of technical support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and resolving technical queries. Must have good written communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve day to day users queries on Manage Engine Service Desk portal.
To provide support and assistance to both Local and Global users via email, Teams message or call.
To work on different project assign by HOD.
Admin work of Visma Support team.
Assist to align client data across different systems like Discovery, MIS, and CRM.
Complete periodic tasks assigned.
General system maintenance updates.
Test all products/ new system updates prior to deployment.
