We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Customer Support organization at Automation Anywhere.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our customers, ensuring quick resolution of complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Cloud Operations, to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to our RPA
Experience in technical support, application support, or software troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments.
Working knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle).
Basic understanding of APIs, networking, and cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
