Firstsource Solutions is conducting walk-in drive for Technical Support Executive
Candidate should have Any Graduation, Minimum SSC (10th) passed
BE, B.Tech, BCA, Diploma in technical/ trouble shooting (Preferred)
Fresher/ Experienced with a minimum of 1 year in technical process, BPO/ related industry.
Knowledge and understanding on query and escalation skills
Basic Technical knowledge like, Broadband/ Internet, UPS issues,
Cables, net, Wi-Fi router troubleshooting etc.
Must be fluent in spoke English.
