HCLTech is urgently looking for Performance Testing Engineer
As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated performance tests for web applications, cloud-native, and microservices-based systems. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure scalability, reliability, and optimal performance of applications under varying load conditions. Your role will also focus on performance tuning, optimization, and debugging to ensure high-performing applications across cloud environments.
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s/ Master`s degree in Computer Science or a related field with strong experience of working in a product development team with a strong focus on performance testing and performance engineering.
Expertise in using Rational Performance Tester/ HCL OneTest Performance, JMeter, Gatling, or other leading performance testing tools.
Strong experience in performance tuning and optimization, including load balancing, database optimization, and application-level performance improvements.
