The recruitment efforts will focus on attracting skilled professionals to Hexaware’s offshore, onshore, and near-shore facilities located in India, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Poland, and the United Kingdom. To attract skilled professionals, Hexaware will also hold recruitment events in Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Dehradun, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram. In the United States, hiring will take place in McLean (VA), Chicago (IL), Dallas (TX), Iselin (NJ), and Reston (VA). Additionally, Hexaware will focus on specific roles in Poland and the United Kingdom.
India: The recruitment initiative will focus on a range of sought-after skills, particularly highlighting ServiceNow Tech Leads, Automation Testing Specialists (API), AEM Architects, Big Data Leads, and Workday Financial Consultants. Hiring efforts will be concentrated in specific cities, including Hyderabad and Noida for ITSM and HRSD roles related to ServiceNow, Coimbatore and Bengaluru for Azure Databricks, Python, and ADF positions, and Hyderabad for AEM, Front-End, MSD, Java FSD, and .NET FSD roles.
United States, Canada, and Mexico: The hiring will include Cloud Application Architects (Azure), ESM Architects (ServiceNow), Java Full Stack Engineers, Test Analysts (SDET) with automation skills, and Senior Java Full-stack Developers proficient in AWS.
United Kingdom: Hexaware plans to recruit Test Managers (both Manual and Automation), AEM specialists, DevOps professionals (Azure), Service Desk staff, and Full-Stack Developers (Java and .NET).
Poland: There will be a demand for Full-stack Developers.
