Infosys Salary Increase 2025: The announcement regarding salary increases for Infosys employees is expected to occur shortly. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Infosys has provided an update concerning the wage adjustments for fiscal year 2025, applicable to both Indian and international staff. The implementation of these salary hikes will take place in the current quarter (Q4 FY2025).
Announcement of Infosys Salary Increase 2025: Employees at Infosys may soon receive positive news regarding their salary adjustments. The Bengaluru-based firm, recognized as the second-largest IT services provider in India, has indicated that it will soon initiate salary increments for its workforce.
Jayesh Sanghrajka, the CFO of Infosys, informed the media following the announcement of the Q3 results that the salary increase for employees in India will be in the single-digit range. For employees located outside of India, the salary increments will align with previous compensation reviews.
According to the CFO, the anticipated salary increase for employees in India is projected to be between 6 to 8 percent.
“We are expecting a range of 6-8% in India. Additionally, the compensation for overseas employees will be consistent with prior compensation reviews,” stated the Infosys CFO.
Jayesh Sanghrajka also noted that high-performing employees will be eligible for significantly larger salary increases. The salary increments for employees in India will be executed in two phases, commencing in the current quarter of the fiscal year ending in March (Q4 FY2025).
“Most employees will observe their salary increases in the fourth quarter,” the Infosys CFO remarked.
Infosys Salary Framework:
Employees at job level five (JL5) will receive their salary hike notifications in February 2025, with the adjustments taking effect from January 1, 2025.
Employees of Infosys classified as JL6 and above will receive their salary increase letters in March 2025, with the new salary rates taking effect from April 1, 2025.
Infosys has a workforce exceeding 323,000 professionals. The company had previously delayed its annual salary adjustments to the fourth quarter. The last announcement regarding salary increases for employees was made in November 2023.
In the third quarter of FY2025 (October to December 2024), Infosys reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 6,806 crore, reflecting an 11 percent year-on-year increase. In the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, the net profit after tax was Rs 6,106 crore. Additionally, Infosys’s revenue from operations for Q3 reached Rs 41,764 crore, representing a 7.58 percent increase compared to Rs 38,821 crore in the third quarter of FY2024.
