Nippon Express (India) Private Limited was established in India in 2007 and has offices in all Major cities and many Tier 2 cities with a staff strength of 700 +. We have our own Customs Broker Licence operating out of all Major Airports, Ports and ICD`s. We have Qualified Rule 8 and Rule 9 Card Holders located across India. We also operate both Owned and Attached/ Dedicated Trucks for Pick-up and Delivery of cargo. In India we managed Air Freight, Ocean Freight , Custom clearance, Warehousing, and distribution. We also have the relocation division and a separate transport department.

We are currently hiring for Assistant Manager- HR & Admin

Candidate should be Graduate with MBA in HR or equivalent qualification with 5+ years of proven work experience in HR Administration, Human Resource Management, HR Operations, Training And Development, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Exit Formalities, Onboarding, and Generalist Activities

Key Responsibilities-

Responsible for implementing Human Resources policies and processes across the North Region as per the corporate HR polices. (Including recruitment and selection policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, compensation matrix, Performance appraisal processes and Quality Matrix management as per ISO frameworks)
Responsible for complete recruitment activity for North Region within the best minimum TAT.
Complete employee life cycle management i.e onboarding to separation.
Employee Engagement initiatives

Responsible for Training related activities for the region along with various Employee engagement initiatives.
Maintaining of organogram, new position projection, monitoring of vacancy status, coordination with external recruiters along with job portals handling for open positions and to develop understanding as per the operational requirement.
Interviewing the candidates as per organizational prospective and obtaining documents/salary proposal/ PR preparation / beehive candidate portfolio creation/ obtaining Management approvals/ offer letter and medical check-up coordination / appointment letter arrangement/ HR Induction to new joiner/ coordinate to facilitate the joiner.
To support the staff in HRMS functions related to attendance, leave and payroll related concerns. Performance Monitoring and Probation Review.

Coordinating with HO HR team and supporting in extending all employee benefits viz., PF, Gratuity, GHI for claim/settlement, EDLI, Compassionate donation etc.
Exit Interviews, separation process and recording / analysing the suggestions / OSD process, HRMS e-separation and timely processing of F&F / Gratuity etc.
Expats Management PAN / Salary Account / Employment Extension / ITR documentation/FRRO / New VISA / Renewal / Passport / Police Station Verification / Form C / Residential Permit / Exit etc.
Performing other tasks as assigned by the management considering the requirement
