We at Nokia India are urgently looking for Technical Support Engineer
The position requires a professional with a foundational understanding of networking protocols and products, who can independently handle troubleshooting and customer interactions with a focus on delivering service excellence. The role involves supporting experts with debugging, system analysis, and defect management, while also ensuring compliance with SLAs. Additionally, the individual will contribute to technical documentation, laboratory tasks, and product competency development.
You must have understanding of network-related disciplines with 1-2 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure SLA adherence
Strong knowledge of protocols and products like GPON, MPLS, SDAN, and Wi-Fi 5/6
Proficiency in remote diagnostics and on-site support
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
