Planit Testing (India) is urgently looking for Talent Acquisition Lead

As a Talent Lead based in Planit Hyderabad office you will be a key member of our Global team driving all tactical & operational talent activities locally across Hyderabad collaborating closely with wider talent functions both nationally and globally. You will be responsible for managing all talent sourcing and end-to-end recruitment activities while leading a local team to ensure hiring demands are met.

Whilst the main objective is to play a key part in attraction of the best talent for Planit, the Talent Lead would also drive projects to ensure we fulfil the peripheral composition in what s required to successfully attract and retain talent within our business.

What will you be doing?

Drive end-to-end recruitment processes by delivering outstanding service including conducting thorough job briefings, proactively sourcing candidates, screening applicants, scheduling interviews and skilfully negotiating offers
Lead a team of talent partners locally and own the team s delivery and performance supporting other regions where needed
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and function leaders to deeply understand their team dynamics, goals, and unique hiring requirements

Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to the business based on market intelligence, talent demographics, competitor practises and emerging recruitment trends and ensure compliance and reporting is done to the highest standard
Continuously evaluate and optimize talent acquisition processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience
Interpret market trends with a data first approach and coach business leaders on best practice hiring decisions

Skillsets We re after

Extensive experience with end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, attracting and retaining top talent within IT services or product entities
Experience leading talent teams while creating and sustaining a high performing culture of reward & recognition.
Super skills in proactive sourcing and interviewing you know how to use recruitment systems to spot true talent
Ability to build trusting relationships to coach and guide our hiring managers through best practice recruitment processes

A creative mind to devise sourcing strategies that attract the best of the best across our hiring hubs.
A commitment to delivering the best candidate experience possible
