We are seeking Technical Support Engineer based out of Chennai, Bengaluru & Pune.
Academic Qualification : DCE/ BE
Experience: 3-5 years in Service of Similar products
Travel : Willingness to Travel on short notice and for reasonably longer period.
Desired Technical Skills:
MRI Troubleshooting/ Training the New Engineers & Understanding and Troubleshooting Cryogen issues.
Desired Soft Skills: Training the New Engineers
Language Proficiency: English Mandatory
Working knowledge on Hindi & Tamil
Key Responsibility-
Responsible to support the Service Engineer Team at site to isolate the defective component.
Support in Parts repair & recycling. Handle Cryogen monitoring of all Sites & Ensure the Helium Boil off is as per Spec.
Plan & Execute the System Installations in committed time frame.
Lead the Magnet Pre-cooling activities in Warehouse., support in maintaining the MR system in Bay @ CWC.
