The HR specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR processes. This role involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, onboarding, and HR administration
Qualification/ Experience:
Minimum Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
Strong understanding of the recruitment process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Onboarding:
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and preparing offer letters.
Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
