We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR and Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

o Human Resources:
o Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
o Involve Cold Calling for recruitment

o Community Engagement:
o Understand the community`s needs and identify potential employment opportunities.
o Build and maintain relationships with community members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
o MSW or Any degree
o Proven experience in HR and administrative roles

Compensation:
Salary: 35,000 per month
Commission: 40% on Gross Receipts
