SKH SMC has been the growth center for SKHs exports to global OEMs as well as its vehicle for expanding in all major automotive hubs of India.SKH SMC Pune, having a built up area of 200,000 square feet (with an additional 40,000 sqft built up area to be added shortly) was established in FY 2008-09. SKH SMC Punes exports customers are the whos who of the automotive realm VW, Audi, Skoda, Ducati, Bentley.The facility boasts of the latest in manufacturing technology such as complete robotic welding for seat structures, riveting, self-piercing and clinching technology (replacing conventional welding technologies). The facility has the distinct honor of being the only Indian sheet metal forming facility delivering successful supplies to Audi worldwide. SKH SMC Binola is a 96,000 sqft production facility established in 2010-11 for catering to the groups captive requirements, other Tier-1 customers as well as a few export customers for Seat Structures, stamped and welded sheet metal components and stack pipes for automotive, off road and power generation sectors.The facilitys key domestic customers include SKH Metals, Krishna Maruti Ltd, Continental India, Mark Exhaust, Gabriel, Tenneco.

Candidate should have MBA (HR) or related degree with strong experience in HR Administration, Human Resource Management, Contract Labour Management, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, Legal Compliance, HR MIS, Budgetary Control, Labour Laws and Plant Administration. Must have excellent communication & leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure supply of contractual manpower as per given budget and monthly plan.
Preparation and finalization of Manpower budget and monitoring manpower costs are in
budgeted limits.
Staff, OET & CMP payroll.
Apprentice NAPS & NATS recruitment and administration.
Statutory compliance and liaise with Govt Officers and local administration bodies.
Plant administration including security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, gardening.
