We are looking for an L3 Support Engineer that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months. The primary mission of a Technical Support Engineer/ L3 Support Engineer is to serve as the highest level of technical escalation within the support team.

This role focuses on resolving complex technical issues that cannot be addressed by frontline support, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The engineer collaborates with development teams, product management, and other stakeholders to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, as well as to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall quality of products and services.
