Tech Mahindra Recruitment Drive 2025: Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, E&C, E&TC, Telecom, Communications, or Electronics.
MCA or M.Sc in Computer Science/ Information Technology.
Only 2024 graduates are eligible.
Minimum 65% in 10th, 12th, Engineering, and MCA /M.Sc (Cybersecurity).
For Diploma holders (post-10th): Minimum 65% in Diploma.
If both 12th and Diploma are completed, a minimum of 70% in both is mandatory.
No academic backlogs during graduation.
No improvement scores accepted for any academic qualification.
Maximum 1-year gap allowed between academic programs (e.g., between 12th and Engineering).
Grading Systems:
All scores must be entered as percentages. If your university uses a CGPA grading system, convert CGPA to percentage per university guidelines before entering.
Prohibited Applications:
ME/ M.Tech graduates are not eligible.
Candidates who have participated in Tech Mahindra’s recruitment drive (on-campus or off-campus) within the last 6 months are not eligible.

Virtual Test and Interview Process:
Eligible candidates will be invited to a virtual proctored test within 1-2 weeks of registration.
Successful candidates will proceed to face-to-face interviews at Tech Mahindra Offices.

Registration Confirmation:

The recruitment drive consists of a 5-stage evaluation process:

Provisional Documents:
Candidates must have their Provisional Degree Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet available at registration.
