We at UFO Moviez are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Support Engineer to join our Support Operations team.
In this role, you will handle escalated support tickets, conduct in-depth diagnostics, and play a critical role in deploying software on our self-ordering kiosks at client locations.
Candidate should have Bachelor`s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or software deployment roles.
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/ Linux), basic networking, and system logs.
Experience working with remote desktop tools, log analyzers, or support ticketing systems.
Exposure to software deployment processes and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues independently.
Strong documentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
