We at US Technology are seeking QA Engineers with experience in ServiceNow Testing
You would be required to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications through automation testing. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), test case creation, execution, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify testing needs and improve testing efficiency within Agile development cycles.
Should have good experience in ServiceNow Testing, including automation and manual testing.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for test automation.
Experience in writing test cases, executing tests, and identifying defects in ServiceNow applications
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or other modules
Experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing
Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or other automation testing tools is a plus.
Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Postman for API testing.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC. Soft Skills & Work Environment
