We at WinBorn are looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our International Technical Support team.
The role involves handling voice-based technical queries from international customers, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and basic networking issues. You will play a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while resolving technical concerns quickly and efficiently.
Handle inbound calls from international customers (US/UK) regarding technical issues.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for:
Operating systems (Windows/macOS)
Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
Email setup/configuration (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
Software installation, updates, and basic application errors
Peripheral device issues (printers, webcams, headsets)
Use remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) to assist customers.
