You will be a part of our engineering team and contribute to the development and execution of our technical strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background in JAVA/ J2EE, Spring boot and Microservices, a proven track record of successful team leadership, and a deep understanding of technology. The Senior Java Developer will play a crucial role in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Technical Excellence: Drive a culture of technical excellence, quality, and best practices within the engineering team. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex technical challenges.
Job Requirement
Require deep technical knowledge in Software Product Engineering using Java/ J2EE, Multithreading, Data Structures, Collections, OOPS, Synchronization, Algorithm, Microservices, Spring boot.
Key Programming Skills:
Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies
High technical credibility – ability to audit technical decisions and push for the best solution to a problem.
Experience building E2E Application right from backend database to persistent layer.
Experience UI technologies Angular, react.js, Node.js or full stack environment will be preferred.
Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, DynamoDB, etc.)
Experience in developing Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology.
Good understanding of Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr etc.
SaaS cloud-based platform exposure.
