We at G7 Teleservices are currently looking for Technical Support Executive

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the technology industry. Must have strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.

Should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software.

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Troubleshoot and investigate customer problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and solutions provided.
