We at ScoreMe Solutions are looking for Technical Support Engineer

Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field with 1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, IT Helpdesk/ Service Desk, Api Integration. Experience in consulting sale across financial services clients, with a proven track record of successful sales conversion.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the financial services sector, including but not limited to Indian Banks (both public and private), NBFCs, FinTech, Payments Service Providers, Regulators, etc.
