We are currently seeking Technical Support Executive

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Document Processes, Site Installation, Team Management. Should have good command over MS Word, MS Office & Excel. Team Handling experience would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibility-

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes

Provide the support on the calls
Follow all company`s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
