We at Synopsys, Inc are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer
Candidate should have BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2 to 7 years of experience in technical support, supporting Windows-based computer systems, including deployment and network administration fundamentals. Familiarity with license-controlled software concepts and tools, plus hands-on knowledge of programming and scripting languages.
Logical problem-solving abilities and proficiency in technical troubleshooting.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated sense of urgency and reliability.
Experience supporting Linux-based systems and familiarity with Docker, containers, and HPC environments (preferred)
