Candidate should be Any Graduate with 1 to 6 years of experience in technical support
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal /Written)
Chat experience in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills
24/ 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends
Work Location TCS Offices operating in Chennai or at Indore locations
Good to have experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage, Service Desk
Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/ tickets
Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge
