We at Movate Technologies are looking for Technical Support Executive

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 4 years of experience in technical support. Must have basic understanding of Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet and Networking fundamentals. Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies

Must be self-motivated & ability to work under pressure
Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want
Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy

Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/ herself for upgradation in knowledge.
Ability to sell/ Upsell
